Steps (SanDisk 4gb Us datastick):
- Disable AutoRun in Windows host for the drives that the SanDisk device will appear as (it will show up as a CD drive and a removable drive). Do this using TweakUI from PowerToys or "gpedit.msc"*.
- Make sure the guest is not running.
